Sustainable Development Project

Sustainable development objectives are integrated into the general business strategy and achieved as part of the target programs and development plans developed for specific business segments. While developing and approving plans, budgets and investment programs, the Board of Directors takes into account the objectives outlined in the Environmental Safety Program of the Royal Energy Kazakhstan llp as well as in the Policy and Functional Strategy for Personnel Management, and in the charity and sponsorship programs. Achievement of strategic objectives is monitored at the strategic and operative levels.

Relations with Stakeholders

Engagement with stakeholders constitutes a fundamental aspect of the business process management system. Personal and Union Labour

The Company places significant emphasis on employment terms that are entirely compliant with the lawful rights of employees and promote the sharing of best practices. Initiatives aimed at sustaining and enhancing the effective health and social protection program are currently in progress. In spite of the difficult economic climate, the Company successfully managed to prevent widespread layoffs. The Company consistently monitors the effectiveness of its incentive program.
